THE COVEN’S DELIVERY COVENANT

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days by our shadow weavers. Once dispatched, your dark treasures will travel via:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carried by our trusted shadow couriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking to follow your package’s journey through the void

Free Shadow Passage (Orders over $50)

  • Delivered via the ancient EMS pathways
  • Arrival typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking provided where available in the mortal realm

Note: Some remote regions of Asia and other distant realms may lie beyond our delivery routes. Should your dwelling place be particularly shadowed, contact our keepers for guidance.

THE RITUAL OF RETURN

Should any dark artifact fail to meet your expectations, you may return it to our crypt within 15 days of delivery, provided it remains unworn, unwashed, and bearing all original tags and packaging.

Steps to Initiate Your Return:

  1. Invoke the Return Ritual
    Send a raven (email) to [email protected] containing:
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation scroll)
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Whether you seek a refund or exchange
    • Reason for the return (optional but appreciated)
  2. Receive the Seal of Return
    Our keepers will respond within 2-3 business days with:
    • A Return Authorization Number (your sacred key)
    • Packaging instructions
    • The shadowed path (return address) for your package
  3. Dispatch Your Return
    Package your items carefully with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Important: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shadow dweller unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).

THE REFUND INCANTATION

Once your return is received and inspected by our keepers (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will initiate your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds may appear immediately or within 24 hours
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon processing if preferred

EXCHANGES: THE TRANSFORMATION RITE

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, clearly stating the item you wish to exchange for in your initial message. Note that:

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate
  • You will receive a new shipping confirmation once processed

ARTIFACTS THAT CANNOT RETURN FROM THE VOID

Certain dark treasures in our collection cannot be returned once they have left our crypt:

  • GIFT CARDS: These magical tokens are non-refundable
  • JEWELRY: All jewelry sales are final due to their intimate nature
