This sacred scroll outlines the rituals of return and exchange for those rare moments when our dark wares do not meet your expectations.
THE COVEN’S RETURN COVENANT
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 15 days of delivery. To initiate your return, follow these shadowed steps:
1. Invoke the Return Ritual
Send a raven (email) to our keepers at [email protected] containing:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation scroll)
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Whether you seek a refund or exchange
- Reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

Our keepers will respond within 2-3 business days with:
- A Return Authorization Number (your sacred key for this process)
- Instructions for packaging your return
- The shadowed path (return address) to which you must send your package
3. Dispatch Your Return
Carefully package your items with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as the Coven cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
NOTE ON SHIPPING COSTS:
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shadow dweller unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).
THE REFUND RITUAL
Once your return is received and inspected by our keepers (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will initiate your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds may appear in your account immediately or within 24 hours.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit which becomes available immediately upon processing.
EXCHANGES: THE TRANSFORMATION RITE
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your initial message the item you wish to exchange for. Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to item availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate
- You will receive a new shipping confirmation once your exchange is processed
ITEMS THAT CANNOT RETURN FROM THE VOID
Certain dark artifacts in our collection cannot be returned once they have left our crypt:
- GIFT CARDS: These magical tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
- JEWELRY: Due to the intimate nature of these items, all jewelry sales are final.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS: Marked with the sigil of final sale in our digital halls.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
If your nocturnal treasure arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
